March

This month saw Lizzie Ralston get a Silver in the Masters State Championships at Kurrawa and George Warrener & Jacinta McMillan compete up an age group at Senior States.

Lizzie, George & Jacinta, along with Michael Britliff have chosen to compete at Aussies '10 which will also be held at Kurrawa from the 16th March-21st March. Good luck to you all.

The Junior AGM will be held on March 20th at 1:45pm, this is prior to the breakup party,

Also in March will be the SSCB U11-14 Championships at Dicky Beach on 27th & 28th.

Finally April will see out last carnival for the season at Emu Park on 16th, 17th & 18th for Junior State Championships.

Last Patrols will be on May 3rd.

Nipper's Breakup Party

This year our breakup party will be held at the clubhouse on Saturday 20th March. Festivities will commence at 2pm.

The plan will be:

• 2pm Trophy and Award Presentation
• 3pm (approx) Beach Treasure Hunt
• 4pm (approx) BBQ for the Nippers
• 5pm – 8pm Disco

The BBQ is free to all registered nippers and a small charge for parents and siblings

Parents, feel free to pack your esky, a comfy chair and maybe even join in the festivities (as you will need to stay with your children anyway).

If you have NOT let the club know you will be attending please email us ASAP as we need numbers for awards, trophies & certificates.

2010 President's Challenge

March saw the nippers participate in the President's Challenge where the club president, on foot, races the nippers on boards, back to the clubhouse. A great day was had be all that participated, great work kids.
